Consultations are for adults aged 18 or over who live in New Zealand.

Consultations are by video or phone with a registered nurse or doctor. Every prescription is issued under the care of a doctor registered with the Medical Council of New Zealand. A consultation is a medical assessment. It doesn't guarantee a prescription.

First consultation $59. Follow up consultation $39. First consultation for patients transferring from another clinic $39. Fees are payable at booking and cover the clinician's time whether or not a prescription is issued. Medicines are dispensed by a pharmacy and paid for separately.

Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment and your fee is refunded in full. Inside 24 hours, fees are not refunded. You can change an appointment through our booking assistant, by calling 0800 22 66 24 or by emailing info@cannalyze.co.nz.
